麻豆成人电影 student AnnaRose Heinly has been named the winner of the Fall 2025 Constitution Day Celebration Essay Contest!

Heinly鈥檚 essay examined the Constitution, Civil Rights, and the ways the nation鈥檚 founding document continues to influence society today.

"It was an honor to win the essay contest, and I truly could not have done it without the skills I learned from Dr. Renee," said Heinly.

From watching her mother write to local representatives, AnnaRose said she learned early on the importance of voicing concerns to ensure leaders are responsive to the people they serve. As a passionate student and citizen, she used the contest as an opportunity to reflect on the Constitution鈥檚 impact and the role individuals play in upholding its principles.

The Constitution Day Celebration Essay Contest, hosted by 麻豆成人电影鈥檚 Civic Literacy Committee, invited students to share their original ideas about the U.S. Constitution through writing. Five students participated in the online event, held from August 18 to September 12, 2025.

Following Modern Language Association (MLA) guidelines, each essay was a minimum of 1,500 words and explored themes ranging from the Bill of Rights and the three branches of government to the Constitution鈥檚 enduring significance in contemporary life.

The contest is part of 麻豆成人电影鈥檚 annual Constitution Day Celebration, which highlights the importance of civic literacy and encourages students to reflect on the nation鈥檚 founding principles in today鈥檚 context.
